FEBRUARY 2021

The IBAS office remains closed as required by the current National Covid-19 response. Working from home has created no substantial delays to the dispute process, but it has presented some difficulties in receiving and processing letters and telephone calls. We are making visits to our office to collect, scan and forward post, but it is substantially faster if you submit claims by registering and completing a claim form on our website.

We are finding that while we are able to progress new and existing disputes, it is taking us a little longer to acknowledge new disputes or the receipt of new evidence. Additionally, we may not be able to update you as frequently as we would like.

You can help us manage our workload by not telephoning our office, except where there is an urgent need to have a dispute addressed. Please contact us by email wherever possible, using: ibasteam@ibas-uk.co.uk

Like many of you our team are working in less than ideal circumstances, in some cases managing usual family situations alongside their work and in other cases, trying to work from homes that don't offer a great deal of peace and quiet.
